Obituary of Morris Matthew Barr

BARR, Morris (Former Owner Galetta and Cobden Livestock Sales) (Veteran WW II - Merchant Navy) Peacefully in hospital surrounded by his loving family on Saturday evening, December 4th, 2004. Morris Matthew Barr of Galetta at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of Lillian (Nee Fitzpatrick). Dear father of Andrew Barr (Ann) of Cobden, Peter Barr (Ellen) of Galetta and Heather Lacombe (Steve McConnell) of Braeside. Predeceased by his brother Earl. Cherished "Grampa� of Matthew (Jen), Stephanie (Jamie), Bev, Sonja (Shawn), Charlene (Lee), Peter and Chris and "Great-Grampa� of Ashley, Michelle, Taylor and Rachael. Friends may join us for visitation at the PILON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, Wednesday afternoon, December 8th, at 3 o�clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery. In remembrance, donations to the ALS Society or the St. John Chrysostom Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
