Sad to hear of Ed’s passing. Like all the McCabe boys, a gifted pool player. A half a century has gone by, but I can still remember watching him shoot in the Husky Grill with the best players. Quiet and unassuming, but with a sense of humour.

Condolences to Lynn, family and friends. Ed was a a dependable hard working "good lad" with simple needs. I wrote a song for Ed a few years back, that he enjoyed, titled "Heepin and a Creepin" which spoke to his distinguished gait as he walked. Ed will be missed by many. A regular will be missed at the card table.

"A quiet, unassuming man" is just how I remember Ed as a classmate in high school. I can still see him standing tall with that unassuming look as myself and other class troublemakers were up to another antic!
