I knew BIll for a short period of time when he was enrolled in the Feldenkrais Method training in Toronto. He was a gentle and sweet presence. I am glad to read about how full his life was and that he delighted in such a large family. All the very best to the family and condolences. Olena Nitefor

My sincere condolences to the Fehlner and extended families of Bill. I worked for many years with Bill at SAS, he was my mentor and a great teacher and instructor. I learned so much from Bill and he was always there with guidance and encouragement that I so appreciated. Over the years Bill taught thousands of programmers how to code in SAS, helping each one of them grow in their careers and lives, Bill had a huge impact helping people which he loved to do. Truly a life well lived Bill; run;
