Bob and I go back many many years to a time when we were all so young. We kept in touch intermittently throughout our lives with Bob rekindling our friendship, sometimes at the most unexpected times, but always with a familiarity that the time had not been all that long since the last time we met. How we are so fooled in our journey through this lifetime to think so.
You are gone my friend but I will always remember those times that we shared together.
My condolences to the Lockhart Family.

It is with deep sorrow to hear of the passing of Bob Lockhart, a hardworking and honest man who loved and served God with all his heart.
I had the privilege of knowing Bob for over six years, and in that time, I came to admire his unwavering faith, integrity, and kindness. We first met when he lived in St. Catherines, and even as he moved to Kapuskasing and later settled in Arnprior, our friendship remained strong.
Bob shared his life with his beloved cat, Stomper, and I will always cherish the many hours we spent together reflecting on his journey. In his final days at Carlingview Manor, his only wish was to go home. I truly believe that when he spoke of home, he meant returning to his Lord.
Bob, you will be deeply missed, but we find comfort knowing that you are finally at peace. Rest in peace, my brother.
