Obituary of Bob Lockhart

“Bob”

Following a lengthy illness, Bob passed away at Carlingview Manor, Ottawa on Friday evening, February 7, 2025.

He was 70 years of age.

Son of the late John and Gabrielle “Gay” (nee Bigras) Lockhart.

Father of Charlene. Brother of Kenneth Lockhart (Kim), James Lockhart (Lyann) and Catherine LaSalle (Noah).

Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Bob wore many hats during his lifetime and held many different jobs along the way. He was proud to have been a police officer at one time. He obtained his license as a funeral director/embalmer in the ‘80’s and worked in funeral homes both in Toronto and Edmonton. Truck driving became a large part of Bob’s life from which he retired a few years ago.

Bob’s final arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Pilon Family in Arnprior.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday morning, February 19^th from 9:30 to 10:45.

A Funeral Service will follow in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock.

Spring interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carleton Place.
