Obituary of Rose Ann MacLaren
(nee Levecque)
Peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, Rose Ann passed away on her 83rd birthday, Good Friday morning, April 18th, 2025.
She moved on to be with her beloved husband Boyd (2018). Rose Ann was the dearly loved mother of Audrey MacLaren, Virginia MacLaren-Lankamp (Rob), Maria MacLaren and Frances MacLaren (Aaron Campbell). Predeceased by her only son Richard.
Cherished granny of Stephanie Fortin (Jason), Mitchell MacLaren (Paige Blowes), Evelyn MacLaren (Natasha Lafont), Grayson Campbell, Lachlan Campbell and Macklin Campbell and great granny of Charlie and Ava.
Rose Ann will be missed by her only sister Catherine Lavallee (Gilles).
Special sister-in-law of Doug MacLaren.
Daughter of the late Francis and Rose (nee Etmanski) Levecque.
Rose Ann MacLaren was a woman of faith who treasured sharing her love of Christ with all who she met. She was deeply devoted to her family and especially fond of her grandchildren. An avid gardener and horse enthusiast, she delighted in being part of both until the end.
While Rose Ann will be greatly missed by family and friends, we rejoice with her as she sees her Saviour and is reunited with her husband.
Rose Ann’s care and arrangements have been entrusted to the
Pilon Family Funeral Home, Arnprior
where extended family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on
Thursday evening, April 24th from 6-8 and again on Friday morning from 9:30-10:20.
A Funeral Service will be held at Emmanuel Anglican Church in Arnprior on Friday morning, April 25th at 11 o’clock.
Reception to Follow.
Interment Goshen Cemetery.
