Obituary of Fraser Pearman
(Fraser’s Auto Service)
In the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 4, 2025, Fraser Richard Pearman of Arnprior passed away peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital with loved ones by his side. He was 80 years of age. Most who knew Fraser knew that his heart has been broken since his beloved Jeannie (nee Stevens) passed on April 28, 2024. Forever loved and admired by his only daughter, Jody (Michael Summersgill). Dear brother of Lawrence Pearman (Kate Jones) and the late Valerie Scavone (late Joe). Cherished and proud grandfather of Robert Summersgill and Poppy of Myleigh and Zoey Summersgill. Special brother-in-law of Peter and Linda Stevens and Suzanne Stevens (late Ron). Also survived by his nieces, nephews and many great friends and neighbors.
Fraser was a devoted and doting husband and Dad. He spent many years operating Fraser’s Auto Service on Campbell Drive where he remained active until the end. Though an impeccable mechanic by trade, Fraser loved many other things in life including raising pheasants and peacocks. He also took great pride in gardening with Jeannie. The flowers on their property were always well cared for and manicured. Their vegetable garden was also an abundant sight to behold every year. Those closest to him shared in the bounty of his hard work. Fraser understood people and relationships. He leaves many friends and former customers with fond memories of times shared.
Fraser’s final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home in Arnprior where a Twilight Service to honour and remember him will be held in the Pilon Family Chapel on Thursday evening, June 12th at 7 o’clock. In his memory, a donation to the Arnprior District Humane Society would be appreciated by his family.
