Obituary of Frances Ireland

It is with heavy hearts, the family announces that Faye passed away in the Hospice at Maycourt, Ottawa on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

Frances Faye Ireland of Kanata was 72 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Walter Ireland.

Dearly loved mother of Josh Clarke (Milena) and Jared Ireland and step-mother of Susan Nadeau (Shawn) and Kathryn Ireland.

Much loved and doting Grandma of Riley, Aria, Andrew, Jerrica, Kristin, Nick, Tim, Rick and Melissa.

Also survived by her sister, Helen Petrie (John) and their family.

Daughter of the late Alfred and Doris (Clark) Blow.

Faye was a prominent community member in Barrhaven for many years,

as an Avon Sales Representative, BCA member and Administrator to former city Councillor Jan Harder.

Faye was also a lover of sport,

running the Nepean soccer and hockey leagues for several years before the loss of her husband.

Final arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the

Pilon Family Funeral Home in Arnprior

where visitation will be held on Saturday morning, July 5^th from 9:30 to 10:45

with a Service in Memory of Faye to take place in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock. Reception to follow.

Interment Albert Street Cemetery, Arnprior.
