Very sad to hear the news. I have not seen Tom in many years. He was a big help when I lived in Quyon to fix my car a couple of times. He helped Ray and I on a hot day dig up cedars on the farm to make a hedge for our property. It is a beautiful hedge. As a child I spent alot of time at Uncle Everetts and Aunt Stella's. Tom was a prankster just like his dad. Many times offering to take me to the barn and get me some chocolate milk lol. How quickly the years have passed by. All my memories of being at the farm with Tom, Shirley, Ron are good ones. My deepest sympathy to all family members. May God welcome him into his new home. Delta

I was saddened today to read of Tom’s passing. Tom was an inspiration in my becoming a licensed mechanic and a positive force in my early years in the trade. As much as he was gifted in his occupation he was a genuinely wonderful person who enjoyed being a good’ol country mechanic. Unfortunately Janet and I will not be able to attend his celebration of life due to a family function that has been in the works for some time but we will be there in spirit. We send our heartfelt condolences to his family for their loss. Sadly West Carleton has lost one of their sons, we will miss you Tom. Rest in peace old friend.

We lost our The Woodlawn Warrior, Tom, RIP I have e so many fun memories, I loved his sayings. ."...erup...erup erup.. where shore patrol "lol Tom indeed one of the greatest stock car drivers I have ever seen. He took that checker flag many, many times ..he would say Lean into it, you gotta lean into it.Tom truly love his "Women" aka Shelley. his 2 boys are his pride and joy.
