Tanya Mills

(nee Riopelle)

With shattered hearts, the family regretfully announces that Tanya passed away tragically

as the result of a motor vehicle accident just outside of Renfrew on Wednesday evening, October 22, 2025.

Tanya Marie Jean Mills of Arnprior was only 39 years of age.

Beloved wife and best friend of Tyler Mills.

Cherished and adored Mom of Jacob Gloade and infant son, Fergus Mills.

Devoted daughter of Garneth and Jean (nee Emon) Riopelle and daughter-in-law of Alan and Cheryl Mills.

Dear sister of Joe Riopelle.

Tanya is also survived by her Grandpa, Eric Emon “Uncle Eric” (late Shirley) as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and so many wonderful friends.

Tanya lived her life “all in”!

She was a dedicated office administrator at Deschesnes-Poitras Red Barn Dental Clinic in Stittsville.

She worked hard and earned everything she had.

To Tanya, family was everything. Tyler was her happy ever after. She loved her boys 150 percent.

She also loved her “Harbour” people. Her laughter and her smile were brighter than the sky. When she walked into a room, she made everyone feel special and important.

She once said “When you leave this world, the only things you can take with you are the things you’ve packed inside your heart.” Tanya’s was so very full all the time.

Final arrangements for Tanya have been entrusted to the care of the

Pilon Family Funeral Home in Arnprior

where visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29^th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. only.

A Service to honour and remember Tanya will take place in the Pilon Family Chapel on Thursday morning, October 30^th at 11 o’clock.

Interment will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Calabogie.

A reception will then take place at the CE Hall, 1044 Madawaska St., Calabogie
