Rachelle passed away peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Sunday, November 2, 2025 following a lengthy illness. Marie Rachelle Desormeaux of Renfrew; formerly of Arnprior was 82 years of age.

Beloved mother of Tammy and Tom and grandmother of Shane and Jesse.

Dear sister of Hugh and Richard Desormeaux.

Predeceased by her former husband, Tom Laundrie; her longtime friend, Earl Massey; her daughters, Sandy and Peggy Laundrie as well as her parents, Eugene and Alda (nee Mallette) Desormeaux.

Final arrangements for Rachelle have been entrusted to the care of the

Pilon Family Funeral Home in Arnprior.

A private family interment will take place in the Spring in Charteris, Quebec.
