To the Taylors and Abels. Emma, Calvin and I send our deepest condolences for your loss. Maureen meant a lot to everyone, but to me, she was my second mother and she treated me with dignity and respect from the moment I met her. My last interaction with her was such a genuine, heartfelt and typical Maureen conversation that you couldn't help but laugh, cherish and reflect on afterwards. If there's one thing I can say about her, it's this - The stamp Maureen Taylor has left on this world as a mother, grandmother, child, sibling, friend and trailblazing career woman will never fade or be forgotten. My heart is broken for her family and everyone feeling loss from her passing.

Maureen was like a second mother to me growing up, and I will forever cherish the open arms, kindness, and love she gave so freely. She was always such a warm, generous, and genuinely lovely person, and I feel so lucky to have shared so many laughs and memories with her over the years.
