Obituary of William "Bill" Wilson

Peacefully, in the comfort of his home at Island View Retirement Residence on Wednesday morning, March 4, 2026, Bill passed away at the age of 99, a few months shy of his 100^th birthday.

Predeceased by his beloved wife and life partner Sarah “Sally” (nee Davies) in 2018.

Loved and cherished Dad of Peter (Christiane), Jim (Johanne) and Michael (Judy).

Proud and treasured Boppa of Sean, Erin, Marlo, Evan, Dexter and Joey, and great Boppa of Ezrah, Audrey, Judith, Clara, Rory and Clark.

Predeceased by his brother Stuart (late Marilyn).

Son of the late Calvin and Ella (nee Cooke).

The family would like to extend their gratitude to ParaMed Home Healthcare workers Lailani and Chris, and a very heartfelt thank you to Christal, Bill’s at-home companion over the past 5 years.

Bill’s care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home, Arnprior where a private family service will take place.
