Obituary of Jay Horne

With heavy and broken hearts, the family announces that Jay passed away suddenly at home in Arnprior on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

He was 36.

Treasured son of Sandie Horne.

Loving Dad of Sophia Dominix.

Dear brother of Theo St. Onge and Nick Blacklock.

Cherished grandson of Gordie Horne.

Jay was predeceased by his nana, Mary Dean as well as his aunt Teresa Miller.

He will be greatly missed by his uncle Chris, aunt Vicki, cousin Ashley, and the mother of his child, Jessica Dominix.

He will also be missed by his foster parents: Trish and George O’Brien, along with his foster sister, all of whom he treasured dearly.

Jay’s private care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home, Arnprior.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

Jay has left us far too soon, but his spirit will never leave our hearts.
