Obituary of Joanne Langford

Joanne Langford

(nee Wilson)

 

With broken hearts the family announces that Joanne passed away peacefully in Orléans with loved ones by her side early Friday morning, June 5, 2026. 

Joanne Mary Langford, a proud native of Dirleton (Woodlawn) was only 65 years of age.

 

She was predeceased by her husband and best friend, Jeff on August 28, 2025.

Much loved and proudest Mom of Kelsey and her husband, Paul Toonders and cherished Granny of Rory and Mila.

Predeceased by her son, Joel Langford.

Beloved daughter of the late Orville and Theresa (nee Herrick) Wilson. 

Dearest sister of Dianne Pelland (Gary), Steve Wilson (Kay), Gord Wilson (Linda), Glenn Wilson (Joan) and Shawn Wilson.

Special daughter-in-law of Lois Langford (nee Dolan) Langford.

Joanne will be lovingly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and her many nieces and nephews who always knew her as “Auntie Jo”.

 

Joanne’s final care and arrangements have been entrusted to the

Pilon Family Funeral Home in Arnprior

where visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 10th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. only.

 

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in the Pilon Family Chapel on Thursday morning, June 11th at 11 o’clock followed by interment at St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery, Woodlawn.

Reception at the Legion in Constance Bay following the interment.
