Obituary of Lois Langford
After a long and meaningful life, Lois Marjorie Langford of Ottawa; formerly of Fitzroy Harbour
passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on June 16, 2025.
Lois was reunited in Heaven with her son, Jeff (August 28, 2025), her daughter-in-law, Joanne (June 5, 2026) and her grandson Joel (June 2, 2015).
She was 95 years of age.
Lois was predeceased by her husband, Edward “Eddie” Langford.
Beloved Grandma of Kelsey Langford (and her husband Paul Toonders) and cherished Great-Grandma of Rory and Mila.
Lois was the youngest as well as the last surviving child of the late Frank and Mary (nee Wilson) Dolan of Fitzroy Harbour.
She was predeceased by siblings: Emma Poole (late Jack), Elmer Dolan (late Lois), Herman Dolan (late Jean), Della Ritchie (late Mervyn), Mervyn Dolan (late Delta) and Everett Dolan (Shirley).
Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and card partners.
Final arrangements for Lois have been entrusted to the care of the
Pilon Family Funeral Home in Arnprior
where visitation will be held on Tuesday morning, June 23rd from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
with a Funeral Service to follow in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock.

Interment St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery, Woodlawn.
