Obituary of Clifford Wiggins

Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Thursday, June 18, 2026, Clifford Cecil Wiggins passed away at the age of 82. 

Clifford was a proud member of the Campbell's Bay Legion, where he enjoyed countless card games and barbecues.

He will be missed by his loving family, friends and many card-playing companions. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home, Arnprior. 

 A private family graveside service will be held at Rupert Union Cemetery in Rupert, Quebec where Clifford will be laid to rest with his parents.
