Oh Blair. My Buddy. I wish we had more time. Remember when you wanted to know my french Canadian take on the battle at the "plaine d' Abraham". We never had the time to go deep in it. The welcomed surprise, to encounter Mr. Blair, this multidimensional and mulittalented man in Puerto Escondido Mexico 3 years ago. I fondly called him,”My Favorite Canadian.” We had numerous adventures south of the border. His wicked intelligence, comedic talents, huge heart and creative spirit, brought me immense joy. He was a dear friend who I held much respect for. My heart goes out to all of you for this loss. Sincere condolences to Blair’s extended family and his global family, south of the border. Funny Blair. He sent me a screen shot of him from his hospital bed and texted me: “make an art piece out of me!” Rest in peace and fly free Mr. Blair …You blazed!

I'm so sorry for your loss♥️ Blair and I met about 2015. I used to visit him at his Tikki bar in Constance Bay. We always had a really great time making meals for each other. I relocated to Mexico in 2019 and he visited a few times. He enjoyed the music scene here and I'm so happy he was able to do what he loved. I will miss him ❤️❤️

I'm so sorry to hear about Blair's passing. He was a good man, and an old friend from our school days together at Algonquin College some 50 years ago. For the past decade or so, a small group of us would get together at least annually to hoist a few, reminisce about the old days, and discuss the future to come. He will be truly missed at our next gathering. My sincere condolences to his family.
