Obituary of Gladys Armstrong

(Retired School  Teacher)

In the early morning hours of Monday, March 18, 2024, Gladys Victoria Armstrong of Arnprior, formerly of Carp passed away at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital with loved ones by her side.

She was 81 years of age.

Beloved wife and best friend of Ken. Dearly loved mother of Blair (Wendy) and Neil (Kerri).

Cherished and proud Gramma of Greer, Jack, Delaney, Aidan and Wyatt.

The last surviving child of the late Bill and Libby Wallace, Gladys was also predeceased by her brother, Bruce (late Joan) and her sister, Betty McLaughlin (late Ray).

She will also be remembered and missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends.

Final arrangements for Gladys have been entrusted to the care of the

Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior

where family and friends are invited to a tribute service to honour and remember Gladys in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday morning, March 23^rd at 11 o’clock.

A celebration of life gathering will follow in the Pilon Family Reception Centre.
