Like Ginny Day, Brian introduced me to the Ottawa theater scene in the early 60's. We lived just around the corner from him, Sylvia and little Merrit, who was just turning 3 at the time. I have been trying to locate Brian for the past 2 or 3 years but with no luck. This is so sad. I'd appreciate it if Merrit would contact me. John Willard

I remember Brian very vividly from our early years, when Brian was very, very active in community theatre in Ottawa. He was fun, exceptionally talented as an actor and director and a good friend to all. He was very instrumental in teaching me many theatre techniques and encouraging me to become involved in this activity, and I remain so to this day. I know I am not alone in benefitting from knowing him all too briefly. He moved to Toronto and seemed to be lost to many of us left behind. I have often thought of him over the years, and I offer my sincere condolences to his family - especially to Merritt.
