Obituary of John Donald MacLean

MacLEAN, John (Retired - Royal Canadian Navy) In hospital at Ottawa on Thursday afternoon, August 11th, 2005. John Donald MacLean of Arnprior; formerly of Ottawa and New Brunswick at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Jessie (Nee MacKillop). Loved father of Kim MacLean (Kevin Potterton) and stepfather of Brian Lloy (Annie), Ian Lloy (Allison), Cheryl Cruickshanks, Theresa Martin (Tim) and Leslie Lloy (Tom Johnson). Predeceased by a stepson, Frederick Lloy. Cherished grandpa of Chad MacLean; step-granddad of 10 and step-great-grandfather of 2. Dear brother of Joyce Cassidy (Gene). Friends may join us for visitation at the PILON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Monday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Monday morning, August 15th at 9:30. In remembrance, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by John�s family. Members of the RCL Branch 174, Arnprior will assemble at the funeral home for a tribute service on Sunday evening at 6:30.
