Obituary of Peter Everett

(Aerospace Engineer) (Member Madawaska Lodge # 196 A.F. & A.M.) Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital with loved ones by his side on Saturday morning, April 23rd, 2016. Peter Frederick John Everett of Woodlawn passed away following a valiant struggle. He was 75. Beloved and devoted husband and best friend of Marilyn. Dearly loved and proud father of Wendy Knechtel (Tim) of Dunrobin; Jen Vall (Dale) of Atlanta, Georgia and Nials Everett (Terri) of Almonte. Adored “Granddad” of Tyler, Jacob, Matthew and Kayleigh Knechtel. Friends were invited to pay their respects during visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. A Twilight Service to honour and remember Peter was conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Wednesday evening at 7 o’clock. A reception followed. In memory of Peter, a donation to the Arnprior Hospital “Partners in Caring” Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
