SMITH, Bill (Former President-Smith Construction, Arnprior) (Life Member - Arnprior Golf Club) Peacefully at home on Wednesday morning, August 24th, 2005. William J. "Bill� Smith of Arnprior at the age of 93 years. Dear son of the late Jack and Lena Smith. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Helferty. Dearly loved father of Shirley Hogan (late Milton) of Arnprior, Allan Smith (Jean) of Rhoddy�s Bay and Tom Smith (Louise) of Sand Point. Predeceased by 2 sons: Dan (Frances of Pine Grove) and John Smith (Jean of Arnprior); 2 brothers: Frank (Ruth of Rhoddy�s Bay) and Nick (Pat of Arnprior) and a sister, Mary Dodds (late Harry). Dear brother of Anne Heggeler (late John) of Vancouver. Cherished grandfather of Margaret Anne, David, Sherri, Shawn, Courtney, John Paul, Sandra, Bill, Suzanne and Mitchell and greatgrandfather of 8. Predeceased by a granddaughter, Trisha Smith. Friends may join us for visitation at the PILON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Saturday morning, August 27th at 10:30. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery. In memory of Bill, a donation made to the Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital or the St. John Chrysostom Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by his family.
