Dear Jancie and family.
I was sad to learn of your mothers passing. I did get your message from the staff here at the hospital but missed you all by minutes as I made my way in to see you after Catherine's passing.
There comes a time when we all must bid farewell to those we love, I am so pleased and proud at the job you did to advocate for your mother's dignity until her last breath. Saying "good-bye" is never easy but in time her smile will return in your memories and you will find her gentle way in the mannerisms of another.
I will leave you with one thought...no one dies unless you forget to remember, remember often and bring her memory back with laughter and stories, this will bring you comfort in knowing she will always be with you.
May her peace bring you yours,
