Although I didn't interact with Mr. Brown much the last few years, there was a time when he lived in the Sullivan Crescent apartments that we would talk every day. My son and I (me a newly single mom) lived there for 4 years, and Mr. Brown was always kind to us. Although he was a very rough and tumble guy, and you sometimes didn't know if he was joking or not, he was always nice to us and that is how I will remember him. Condolences to his family and friends. RIP Mr. Brown
