Elizabeth, I want to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Tim meant a lot to you and your love and devotion for him has certainly been appreciated by him, in the good times and in the more strenuous recent times. May God take good care of his soul and show him everlasting joy in His presence. Denis

To the Kuash Family. I was shocked and so sorry to hear that I lost one of my best childhood friends. I would have surely been there if only I had been aware of this. I often thought of those trips to your cottage and the boat rides Tim gave me much to my enjoyment. I remember you Mrs. Kuash, making us say the rosary on the way home Sunday nights while Tim, "Diddy" and I sat in the back seat trying not to giggle. Life separates us all by distance and time, but I often think of the great fun Tim and I had together and our bicycle trips . I will never forget these memories and Tim is in my prayers.

Dear Virginia, Tom and I arrived home yesterday ( Sunday, January 9th ) only to read in the Citizen that Timmy had died on January 3rd. We had been on holiday in Cuba from January 1st through January 9th. I extend my deepest sympathy to you, Virginia, your mom, Elizabeth and to your family. How very hard it must have been to watch someone as tall, strong and full of life as Timmy travel that particular road these past years. We were cottage neighbours and have known your family for nearly 43 years and I know how close you and Timmy were, Virginia, and my heart is sad for you. I remember Timmy in many ways but one thing that sticks in my mind is that new yellow motor boat that he was so proud of and how well he could ski ; especially, coming into that dock on one ski. He made it look so easy and he looked good doing it as well! There were times when we visited Portage but I will not go into any details with those memories. I have shed tears for Timmy and he will continue in my thoughts and prayers as he has been; especially, these last years of his illness. Nancy always kept me abreast of his condition after she would talk to you. Please know, Virginia, that the only thing that would have kept me away from the wake and funeral was the one thing that happened; namely, I was out of the country. Tom and I continue to keep you and the family in my prayers. Linda
