Hi dad.
It was a mixed day today. I was happy because I spent this Father's Day with Kary and Corbin, but sad because Callan went back to her place in San Diego this morning and I wish she could have spent the day here with us. It was also sad because you weren't here. Instead of going back in time to just spend one more Father's Day with you, I wish you were here to share a Father's Day with me. However, not in the state of health you were in when you left ... that being the case, I'm happy with where you are now ... so maybe just to have you in my memory is the ideal way to share Father's Day with you. I miss you every day ... please give mom a big hug and kiss for me.

Hi Dad.
You left us 9 years ago today. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and mom. We did a shot of rum in your honour today. I hope you are happy with mom by your side. As I sit here, I wonder if you see darkness or light. It's not like you need sleep as a spirit. It's a dimension no one can speak of and fills my world with wonder. I can only pray there is a greater place where both you and mom are now ... reunited with all our loving Aunts and Uncles. I miss you and mom and although you both lived wonderful long lives, I selfishly wish I could speak to you and hug you one last time. My love for you has never diminished, and I remember all you taught me - both through love and tough love.
As I type on this computer, I look down and see your hands ... I am who I am because of you and mom ... and I will be forever grateful. The kids are fine - Kary is well - Callan is moving to California next week. I often wonder if I will feel like you did when I left home to go to Colgate. You never shared your personal feelings with me very often - although mom did. Well until next year dad, I send you my love from earth ... to wherever you are. I miss you, and always will.

Hi Dad.
Well, it's been 7 years since you earned your angels wings. I'm sure your in better spirits on this anniversary date of your passing since mom joined you this past January. Just wanted you to know that I miss and think of you every day. Please give mom a huge hug and kiss for me. Although visiting the Prior isn't the same, it's always great to spend time with family back home ... and visit your grave site. I'll do a shot of rum for you later dad.
I love and miss you both so much ... until we meet again.

Hi Dad.
Well you had a visitor last night. You are now reunited with the love of your life. She was a fighter, but left us peacefully. As happy as I am that you are reunited, I too am terribly heartbroken that she left us. I must say, you married a terrific lady, and I know how happy she would be to be back in your arms again. Selfishly, I was hoping she would live forever, always dreading the day when she would leave. Just like when you left us. However, it was different with you. Your mind had been stolen from you and you didn't realize who I was when you left. So dad, forever in eternity you will spend with mom. Give her a huge hug and kiss for me. Oh and dad, I can't wait until tomorrow ... why you ask ... because, I get better looking every day. :) I love you both so much ... forever ... and until we meet again. Daniel J Ox

We are all very saddened in losing Uncle Ray. Growing up living across the street from your family allowed me a perspective on him that I came to appreciate the older I got. A loving husband and good father he was a man of deep faith and exemplary principles. We share the same birthday and I was always pleased when, as a little boy, he would acknowledge that fact. May God Bless and Comfort all of you during this difficult time.
