I worked with Marg at Health Sciences Centre. We had group of faculty that would go to the Manitoba Theatre Centre through out the winter. This was always preceeded by dinner at one of our homes. Fun times. I left HSC in 1988 and have lost touch with many of my former coworkers. It sounds like Marg had some fun and rewarding adventures over the years and like myself found someone specail to share her life with. Condolences to family and friends. Lynne Parsons (Giesbrecht)

I was saddened to see the notice of Marg’s death, and offer my sincere condolences to her family, and in particular Susan and Theresa. I knew Marg from teaching at HSC in the late ‘80’s and early ‘90’s. At the time, we lived in neighboring buildings in Osborne Village and often walked to and from work together. Marg was a mentor to me, and I loved our many chats about work and life in general. Her radiant smile always stood out for me, and was so beautifully captured in the picture accompanying her obituary. May your many memories of Marg help ease the pain of her passing.
