Bob always made me feel welcome like I was part of the family . When Ron died (Bobs Uncle) Bob called me at home and shared many funny stories that he wanted to share with me . Bob was a wonderful kind soul
thinking of others when they needed the extra support
Bob will be sadly missed
He was a wonderful nephew
Love and prayers to all of Bobs family

I thought 2019 was a sad year for so many people .I know that Bob would have agreed since that was when he lost his beautiful wife Karin .I have so many memories of Bob so many happy memories That laugh and that genuine smile that was Bob!
You see I was the cousin that was the only child!!
But what people don’t know about only children is they want to be apart of a bigger family but have no choice
So secretly I adopted all my cousins as my family and it breaks my heart to loose anyone of them.
I pray he and Karin are again happy together
I pray for comfort and peace to all the people who’s lives were touched by knowing Bob

Way back when, Bob was a true and valued friend when I needed one most, and more recently a co-conspirator who stood up to the online bullies and liars who sought to attack immigrants and refugees by posting false information designed to elicit hate, and distrust of governments. He also introduced me to the world of owls, for which I shall be forever grateful. I will miss him dearly. Gone too soon... Thoughts with Laurie, John, Bill, Greg and Jacqueline, and wishing all of you peace.

Bob was very special in my life. Through grades 7-10 we skied, biked (to our farm!), sailed, swam and went to our farm together. Loved by all my relatives, he was truly part of the family. Even my kids know his name as he is part of our family folklore! Very grateful we reconnected some 20 years ago via phone then FB. Although we tried as 2 couples, to meet, I never got to meet his beautiful Karin and haven’t seen Bob since we were 18. He will always represent the wonderful qualities of what it means to be a ‘fine young man’ and set my bar very high. Much love to his children, grandchildren, Laurie, John, Dad and whole family. He is a gem. Diane (Cooper) Goodman

Such great memories of Bob while we were growing up! Especially the Christmas time get togethers at Grandma's and our yearly football games out in the snow! Not to mention a weekend at the farm when Bob, David, Peter and I reminisced over old times!
Thinking of you all and sending our love.
Paul, Nancy, Craig and Justin
