Obituary of John Nugent

NUGENT, John Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior while surrounded by loved ones on Thursday morning, June 1st, 2006. John Joseph Nugent of Arnprior at the age of 89 years. Dear son of the late Arthur Nugent and of the late Catherine Burke. Beloved husband and best friend for almost 60 years of Rita (nee Lunney). Dearly loved father of Mary Catherine Riopelle (Monty) of Perth, Michael Nugent of Kanata, Patti McLean (Peter) of Arnprior and Jim Nugent (Salma) of Laos, Asia. Cherished �Bapi� of Mark Riopelle (Anne) and Jocelyne Riopelle, Jessica Nugent, Ian and Margaret McLean and Ooways Nugent. Loved brother of Margaret Teevens of Arnprior. Predeceased by his brothers; Frank, Wilfred (Mary Alice Nugent of Ottawa) and Burke (Florence Nugent of Almonte). Will be missed by the Lunney family, countless friends, nieces and nephews. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m. Monday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Monday morning, June 5th at 10 o�clock. Interment will follow at the Indian Hill Cemetery, Pakenham. In remembrance, donations to the Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital or the Grove Nursing Home would be appreciated by John�s Family.
