Obituary of Hazel Jackson

JACKSON, Hazel (Nee Lawson) Peacefully in her sleep at Almonte Country Haven on Tuesday morning, August 15th, 2006. Hazel Vivian Jackson; formerly of Arnprior at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles Henry Jackson. Dearly loved mother of Gail Grail (Earl) of Arnprior and Joan Barriere (John Charbonneau) of Montreal. Dear sister of Mrs. Grace McMaster and Daisy (Mrs. Dr. Charles Pick), both of Montreal. Predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth �Bessie� Burkinshaw. Proud grandmother of Stephen Tomalty (Tammy) and Katrina Johnson (Doug) and great-grandmother of Caleb Max Johnson. Hazel was a resident of Montreal until she moved to Arnprior in 1993. She has spent the past 2 years of her life in Almonte. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Friday. A Service to celebrate the life of Hazel Jackson will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Friday morning, August 18th at 11 o�clock. Rev. David Bauman officiating. Cremation will follow with interment to take place in Mt. Royal Cemetery, Montreal at a later date. In remembrance, donations made to the Almonte Country Haven or the Arnprior Humane Society would be appreciated by Hazel�s family.
