October 8th, 2006 - Today we lost a wife, daughter and best friend. She was a beacon of light, a woman who defied all odds and as a result inspired all who had the privilege of knowing her. She illuminated even the darkest corners of our lives and now her light shines permanently in the presence of God. She died peacefully surrounded by those who loved her. Thanks to the ICU Unit of the Ottawa Civic Hospital for their care of her and of those who held her in the last few days of her life. Lee Anne was predeceased by her twin sister - Lynne Stokes (Ringrose) and her father William (Red) Ringrose. Survived by her adoring husband Larry Code of Arnprior, her loving mother Isabel Ringrose of Renfrew, dear brother-in-law of John Stokes and niece Caitlin Stokes, her caring mother and father-in-law Bob and Myrna Code of White Lake and Larry�s many brothers and sisters, by many aunts, uncles and cousins and by all her many friends of the L�Arche Arnprior community where she lived for the past 11 years. on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Thursday morning, October 12th, 2006 at 10 o�clock. Interment Highland Park Cemetery, Carp.
