Obituary of Allan Bond

BOND, Allan M.M. Veteran WWII Cameron Highlanders (Ottawa) In hospital at Ottawa while surrounded by his loving family on Friday morning, February 16th, 2007. Allan Francis Bond of Arnprior at the age of 83 years. Dear son of the late Edward Louis Bond and the late Amelia Pauline Duhn. Beloved and devoted husband of Simone (Nee Cloutier). Dearly loved father of Mark (and his wife Joann) of Arnprior, Janice Poulton (and her husband Rick) of Toronto and Susan Richardson (and her husband Carl) of Vancouver. Cherished and proud �Grandpa� of Kerri-Lynn Bond, Jarrett Bond and Robert Poulton (Nikki) and �Great-Grandpa� of Dylan. Allan was predeceased by his 5 brothers: Kenneth, Harry, Versal (late Mary), Cecil (late �Net�) and his twin brother Alvin as well as his 3 sisters: Isabelle Smyth ((late Hugh), Daisy Stevenson (late Jack) and Pauline �Toots� Frivalt (late Tanner). Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Tuesday morning, February 20th at 11 o�clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior. In remembrance, donations to the St. John Chrysostom Church Memorial Fund or the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 174, Arnprior would be appreciated by Allan�s family. Members of the RCL, Branch 174, Arnprior will assemble at the funeral home for a tribute service on Monday evening at 6:30.
