Obituary of Colette Bastien-Stack

Peacefully at The Grove Nursing Home, Arnprior following a lengthy journey with Alzheimer’s on Friday, December 23, 2022; Colette Françoise Bastien-Stack of Arnprior passed away at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late John Stack. Much loved mother of Julie Savard (Michel Carrier) of Rouyn-Noranda and Suzanne Savard (Serge Eskibachian) of Aylmer. Cherished Mimi of 3 grandchildren: Tatiana, Tristan and Jordan as well as one great-grandson, Louie. Dear sister of Cécile Bastien-Mullins (late John) of Arnprior. Predeceased by 2 brothers: Jacques and Jean Bastien as well as a sister, Suzanne Bastien. Daughter of the late Jean and Geraldine (nee Landry) Bastien.

Colette’s final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior.

Private family visitation.

Colette will be buried at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Fitzroy Harbour in the Spring of 2023.
