Obituary of Ena Burns

BURNS, Ena Quite suddenly and unexpectedly in hospital at Arnprior on Wednesday morning, May 16th, 2007. Ena Isabel Burns of Arnprior at the age of 82 years. Dear daughter of the late Lloyd Barrie and the late Vina Yuill. Loved and caring companion of the late Jim Evans (December 29th, 1999). Dearly loved mother of Patricia Sadler (Earl) of Pakenham and Susan Burns-McIntyre (Mervin) of R.R.# 2, Arnprior. Survived by her sister Lyllis Knight (late Gordon) of Almonte. Dear sister-in-law of Gilbert Gilmour of White Lake. Predeceased by 2 brothers, Allan and Boyd Barrie as well as a sister, Beverley Gilmour. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. only. A private family service will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday afternoon, May 19th. Rev. Ralph Simmons officiating. Interment will follow at the White Lake Community Cemetery. In memory of Ena, a donation made to L'Arche Arnprior would be appreciated by her family.
