Obituary of George Patrois

PATROIS, George (Retired -- Gillies Lumber) In hospital at Arnprior on Thursday morning, May 24th, 2007. George Donald Patrois of Arnprior at the age of 74 years. Dear son of the late John Patrois and the late Corrine Dupuis. Beloved husband for over 40 years of Catherine (Nee Savard). Dearly loved father of Janice McVean (Stephen) of Ottawa. Proud "Papa" of Lauren and Taylor. Dear brother of Grace Greene of Arnprior. Predeceased by 5 brothers: Francis, Oswald, Roy, Des and Jim Patrois. Special brother-in-law of Hazel Savard (late Nick), Les Savard (Joyce) and Jean Garrow, (late Cliff), all of Arnprior. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Saturday, May 26th from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Saturday afternoon, May 26th at 2 o'clock. Cremation will follow with interment at the Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior. In memory of George, a donation made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the St. John Chrysostom Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.
