Dear Grail Family & Lois: I was very saddened to hear about the passing of Harold. I am a member of the "BrysonAires" Country Band and Harold, Rachel & Lois spent many of night over at Bryson at the Old time dances. Harold loved to dance and always complimented me on my singing. His favorite song was "May you never be alone like me, by Hank Williams". When we heard on Saturday night that Harold had died, I dedicated the first song of the evening to Harold's memory. I thougt that it was the right thing to do because Harold was a great man and a true gentleman. I am honoured to say that Harold was my friend God Bless: Eldon Ostrom

Harold Grail was the hero of the kids on Tierney Street. He was the big kid who was one of the gang, not an adult. He was a practical joker, inventor of toys, good neighbor, and big brother. I deeply regret that we will not visit again. George Baker

To Harold's Family I was deeply saddened to hear of Harold's passing. My husband and I moved to Arnprior 5 years ago, and met Harold through his woodworking...he made us a beautiful china cabinet and later a sofa table..we grew very fond of Harold, he was a happy, friendly person and made us feel like we belonged to his lovely little town. We will miss seeing his smiling face around town. Sincerly Diane and Jim O'Brien
