BLAIS, Frances Joan In hospital at Arnprior on Wednesday morning, August 15th, 2007. Frances Joan Blais of The Arnprior Villa at the age of 77 years. Dear daughter of the late Edward and Myrtle Murphy. Beloved wife of the late Jean-Claude Blais (Signal Corps, VWS 1952-1967). Loved companion of the late Al Tripp. Dearly loved mother of Suzanne Caldwell (George) of Arnprior, Michele Thomson (John McColl) of Hamilton, André Blais (Barbie) of Ottawa and Kathleen Heath of Hamilton. Grandmother of Samantha, Matthew, Kenda, Jared, Jason, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Benjamin and Jessica. Sadly missed by her dear friend, Dale Bradley; sisters: Marion, Theresa, Diane, Bernie, Marilyn as well as brother Ted. Sister-in-law of Georgette Blais of Ottawa. Predeceased by sisters: Audrey, Betty, Anita, Shirley Ann and Marlene. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior after 12 noon Saturday. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Cremation will follow. In memory of Frances, a donation made to the Arnprior or Ottawa Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by her family.
