BERTRAND, Violet Mae November 21, 1921 - August 20, 2007 In hospital at Arnprior while surrounded by family on Monday morning, August 20th, 2007. Violet Mae Bertrand; a lifelong resident of Braeside at the age of 85 years. Dear daughter of the late Robert Henry "Harry" Booth and the late Lavina Hobbs. Beloved wife of Paul Bertrand for over 67 years. Dearly loved mother of Wayne (Gayle) and Dennis (Jeannette). Cherished grandmother of 2 granddaughters and their husbands as well as 3 great-grandsons. Dear sister of Dorothy Caldwell (late Steene), Garnet Booth (Muriel), Pansy McGonigal (Jim) and Lavina Carmichael (late John). Predeceased by brothers Carl and Norman (late Fern) Booth. Sister-in-law of Edward Bertrand (Jacqueline). Private family visitation and service will take place at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday. Interment will follow at the Malloch Road Cemetery. In memory of Violet, a donation made to the Arnprior Hospital "Partners in Caring" Campaign would be appreciated by the family.
