Peacefully and quietly at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute while surrounded by her loving family on Thursday evening, April 18th, 2013. Lois Lorraine Robillard of Arnprior passed away following a most courageous journey having exhausted every medical attempt to save her life. She was 78 years of age. Daughter of the late Michael Kilby and the late Rose Fournier. Predeceased by her loving husband, Maurice "Moe" Robillard (May 23, 2012) as well as an infant son, Maurice Jr. (December 15, 1955). Dearly loved mother of Debbie Pierce (Blake) of Arnprior; Joseph "Joe" Robillard of Calgary; Marie Robillard of Arnprior; Paul Robillard (Wendy) of Orleans; Leanne Krieger (Terry) and Nicole "Nicci" Murray (Kevin), both of Braeside. Cherished "Grandma Lo" of Stephanie McIntyre (Pat), Derek Pierce (Carrie-Ann), Chris Pierce (Ashley Hunt), Danah Krieger, Mitchell Krieger (Lindsey), Chad and Jenna Robillard, Cole and Cassidy Murray and "Great-Grandma" of Lily and Tate McIntyre, Tyson, Jaxson and Anderson Pierce, Cheyenne, Carla and Courtlyn Krieger. Dear sister of Florence Wood (late Curly) of Renfrew, Ivan Kilby (late Jean) of Acton, Ronald Kilby (Patricia) of Hyndford, Donelda Sutherland of Ottawa and Catherine Clarke (Al) of Orangeville. Predeceased by 3 brothers: Stanley, Marcel and Douglas and sisters: Marg Yackuchuk (Dave of Toronto), Muriel Foy (late Carl) and Doreen Aubrey (late Donald). Also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lois will be long remembered for her feistiness and her keen passion for playing cards...anytime...anywhere! Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Monday morning from 9:30 until 10:15 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Monday morning, April 22nd at 11 o'clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior. In memory of Lois, a donation to the Partners in Caring Foundation of the Arnprior Hospital or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the Robillard families. Members of the CWL will assemble at the funeral home for prayers on Sunday afternoon at 3:30.
