Obituary of Gerard Laforest

LAFOREST, Gerry Suddenly at the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus on Thursday morning, October 17th, 2013. Gerard "Gerry" Laforest of Renfrew at the age of 61 years. Predeceased by his wife Ida (nee Flowers). Beloved son of the late Gerard Laforest and the late Lillian Levesque. Predeceased by his stepfather, Percy Scheel. Dear brother of Loretta Schlievert (Gord), Leo Laforest, Dianne O'Connor (Todd), Debbie Coe (Kevin) and Richard Laforest (Jean). Predeceased by 2 brothers: Jim and Maurice Laforest. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may attend a graveside service to be held at the Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior on Wednesday morning, October 23rd at 9:30. In memory of Gerry, a donation to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
