My sincere sympathy to Elsie's family and sisters, Judy & Lorraine. Having known Elsie since she was about three years old, it was with great sadness that I learned of her death as I read the Ottawa Citizen yesterday. I had phoned her number just a few days ago, and with no answer, I expected she was just out of her room. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of your dear mother and my dear friend. My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to the family. We entered the nursing profession together and were roommates through out the three years of training. After graduation we nursed in Toronto and it was here she met the love of her life Jerry. She was a wonderful friend an excellent nurse and loved playing the piano. May God bless you Elsie, rest in peace and thank you for all the great memories. Betty
