SCHWAN-PARSONS, Dorothy Alberta Peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital with her son Brian and his family: Madonna, Karen, Mark, Cathy, Katherine and the family pup, Benjamin by her side on Thursday morning, February 27th, 2014. She was 91. Beloved wife of the late James Parsons. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Katherine Schwan and numerous brothers and sisters. Loved mother of Judy Houle (Herman) of St. Flavien, Quebec; Jean Valois (Jean-Louis) of Sorel, Quebec; Donna Maclean of Ottawa, Nancy MacDonald (Jim) of North Gower, Brian Parsons (Madonna) of Arnprior and Harry Parsons (Karen) of Charny, Quebec. Cherished grandmother of Linda, Stephan; Nancy, Mario, Lisa; Kevin, Wendy, Jamie; Cathy (Stephan), Karen (Mark), Dave; Jonathon and Yoan. Great grandmother of Mia, Jessi, Jody, Katherine, Noémie and Dominic. Survived by her dear sister Lorretta Simpson (Gordon) of Rosetown, Saskatchewan. Dorothy will be laid to rest in Saskatchewan. In memory of Dorothy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by her family.
