I am shocked at this news and so saddened! I just found out about Derek's passing today March 26. Dear Pam my prayers are with you and your children at this most difficult time. Derek was such a dear man and always smiling. I enjoyed being neighbors for a couple of years and then working with Derek at Boeing. Had the opportunity to work with Derek for many years, sent him on too many trips and he was always a pleasure to be around, very positive although I have been retired for 2 years, still miss all of the people but at a time like this especially Derek, far too young.
