My thoughts and prayers are with the family today as they celebrate the life of Aunt Lorena!! There are so many amazing memories that we all have with Aunt Lorena and the farm!! She was always so thoughtful and giving to everyone and we all looked up to her!! She will be truly missed!! I wish I could be there, but I am thinking of everyone!! xo

If one thing is for certain, we will be sharing stories and laughter for decades to come with Aunt Lorena in mind. She was like my other "Granny" and she will be so deeply missed. To Ron, Beth, Dwight and family. It is with sadness that I learned of the passing of the great Lady Aunt Lorena. I’m 55 and I still called her ‘Aunt’. She has always been a part of our extended family from the days of being taken by the hand to the Ottawa Ex. to when we were young and the ‘I want to stay late’ at the farm in the hope of a home ride to the DQ with her and Uncle Johnny. She will eternally be linked to the ‘Farm’ and those memories will last forever. On behalf of Ryan Caitlin and all of the ‘other’ Farrell’s our deepest condolences and prayers to you all. There’s quite a heavenly party brewing this St. Patrick’s day!

everybody loves the Harbour who ever lived there, we were welcomed to Ron's place and her spirit was up. Doug did a lot of plumbing along the Canon smith road, nephew Chris Von Boetticher's down at the end,, Lorena I often bumped into at this Arnprior Mall, and seeing family members at so many events in the Harbour and seniors mtgs. the 3 great churches we have there, all communicated and share much. Peeper Paper still high on my books too, the whole family will have wonderful memories to share about 'mom''granny''great-grannie'..family was everything to her. A 'family first' lady, well beloved by many who passed her way or smiled along with her, her family were a testimonial to her, having been widowed at quite a young age, she was blessed, as were they too. Memories will be many and help with the healing process. Much love from a 'Harbourite' at heart (my mom and dad bought property on Willola back in early fifties, so my Peter and Sue loved getting to see and jump into the scenic Ottawa, and ferry across a lot to Quebec, or get to the well known Provincial Park. We were so very sorry to hear of Lorena's passing. Given Lorena's "Always young at heart" attitude in life...she never wanted to miss a fun time.....and as long time friends of the family we were fortunate to have joined in on many. She will be sadly missed by all.Her caring, fun loving spirit lives on. Now she rests in peace.
