Obituary of Rozalia Forgiel

FORGIEL, Rozalia (Retired Cook - Arnprior Hospital) Peacefully at the Arnprior Hospital with loved ones by her side on Saturday evening, April 19th, 2014. Rozalia Forgiel of Arnprior passed away at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Ludwik Forgiel (May 8, 2000). Dearly loved mother of Czeslaw Forgiel and Irene Dontigny (Tom), both of Arnprior. Predeceased by her daughter, Anne (January 30, 2012). Cherished and proud "Granny" of Colleen Dontigny (Matthew Pyefinch) and Jennifer (Corey Tourangeau) and "GG" of Emma Rose Tourangeau. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law, Rose Forgiel (late Joe) ; her special niece, Sandra Croteau (Mike) as well as several other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her 3 sisters: Kathrine, Angela and Valerie. Family and friends are invited to share their memories of Rozalia with her family during visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday morning, April 23rd from 10 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. followed immediately by a reception in the Pilon Family Reception Centre. A Funeral Mass will then be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. Interment to follow at the Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior. In memory of Rozalia, a donation to the "Partners in Caring" Foundation of the Arnprior Hospital would be appreciated by her family.
