Obituary of Mary Johnson

JOHNSON, Mary Thelma (April 20, 1917 - April 28, 2014) Peacefully at the Great War Memorial Hospital, Perth on Monday morning just days after having celebrated her 97th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Percy Johnson. Dearly loved mother of Dale (and his wife Valerie) of Ingleside and Allen (and his wife Susan) of Rideau Ferry. Cherished and proud "Grandma" of Luke Johnson (Melanie) and Bryn Johnson. Mary was the last surviving child of the late Ephraim Kirkpatrick and the late Ella Lahti. Predeceased by siblings: Ephraim Kirkpatrick (late Alice), Margaret Mior (late Jack) and Bill Kirkpatrick (late Dodie). Private arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A family graveside service will take place in Bobcaygeon later this spring. In memory of Mary, a donation to the Perth Food Bank would be appreciated by her family.
