Obituary of Michael Coady

COADY, Michael Peacefully at Hospice Renfrew on Tuesday evening, May 13th, 2014. Michael Vincent Coady of Arnprior passed away following a lengthy illness at the age of 51. Dearly loved father of Danny. Dear brother of Shirley Potvin (late Thomas); Marie Coady (Chris Schnob); Jackie Riopelle (Morgan); Kelly Coady (Tanya Sullivan) and Shawn Coady (Jen). Special uncle of Adam Coady (Courteney) and Amanda Coady (Jeff Weedmark); Nichole Milliken (Stephen) and Lance Riopelle (Bev); Dylan Coady; Bradon Sullivan; Hunter and Reid Coady and great-uncle of Tess Weedmark. Predeceased by his parents, Vincent and Diane Coady as well as his brother, Patrick. Michael left his position as Senior Materials Coordinator at the City of Ottawa OC Transpo following his diagnosis in August of 2012. There, he had gained the respect and friendship of so many. Friends are invited to share their memories of Michael with his family during visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday from 8:30 until 9:15 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Saturday morning, May 17th at 10 o'clock. Interment will follow at St. Peter Celestine Cemetery, Indian Hill Road, Pakenham. Following the burial, a reception will be held in the Pilon Family Reception Centre. In memory of Michael, a donation to Hospice Renfrew would be appreciated by his family.
