Obituary of Helen Wrightsell

WRIGHTSELL, Helen 1922-2008 R.N. McKellar Hospital - Fort William Class of 1943 Peacefully at Almonte Country Haven with family by her side on Saturday, May 10th, 2008. Daughter of the lateFrances McLeod and the late Thomas Paquette. Loved mother of Tom (Lois), Carol Valin and Marilyn Wrightsell, all of Ottawa, Darlene Borden (Greg) of Carleton Place, Cheryl (Mike Manion) and Susan Wrightsell-Wall, both of Almonte. Predeceased by a daughter, Roberta. Proud grandmother of Jennifer Wrightsell-Hughes (Jeff Hughes), Jacqueline Wrightsell, James and Bryan Valin, Sean Manion, Cameron, Connor and Cali Wall. Great-grandmother of Paul and William Hughes. Dear sister of Frances Harmer of Winnipeg and Ethel Rainville of Flin Flon. Predeceased by brothers Walter, Ivan and Tom as well as sisters Mildred, Irene, Phyllis, Gladys and Margaret. Helen will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Name of Mary Church, Almonte on Thursday morning, May 15th at 11 a.m. Private Interment Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior. For those wishing, a donation made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Ontario Schizophrenic Association would be appreciated by Helen's family.
