Major W. Glen Bridgeman (Retired)

Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior on Wednesday morning, May 14th, 2008, at the age of 82. Glen was born in Manitoba, served for two years in the RCMP and then a lifetime career in the RCAF. He spent his post-military years in Vernon, BC before moving to Arnprior, ON to be near his family.
Dear son of the late Harry Bridgeman and the late Marjory Woodland. Beloved husband and best friend for 59 years of Abbey (nee Opgarden). Dearly loved father of Valerie Vezeau (Richard) of Shawville, QC and Stuart (Holly) of Niagara Falls, ON. Treasured grandfather of Nigel Vezeau (Sarah), Erica Vezeau, Ryan Bridgeman and Andrew Bridgeman, and great-grandfather of Rowan Vezeau.
Dear brother of Jim (Dorothy), Tom (Jean), Jack (Yvonne), Maurice (Irene), Joy Bomford, Inez Mackenzie and Olive Pelletier (Gerry). Predeceased by his brothers; Ted, Don and Barrie, and his sisters; Myrtle Bomford, Mildred Goodman, Muriel Briggs, and Hazel Bridgeman.
Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service at Beechwood Military Cemetery, 11:30 a.m. on Monday May 26, 2008.
